Programming is a joint effort between the NEWS orgizations and Oregon WIN members. Each member sets their own policies as to the amount of support and facilities they can provide within that institution's mission and responsibilities. Oregon WIN Member NEWS capabilites The Up-link at Oregon State University is a dual path redundant Ku analog with coverage from arc slot 72 degrees West. Stations within range of our ITFS systems may be able to receive feeds via that system. Some stations have provided their own equipment and have been placed on our core routers.
